One of the most famous places in Odessa. Do take a wall down the stairs to the seaport. You can take the cable car back up if you're tired. You'll admire the scenic lookout all the way.

In the afternoon you can not take pictures from the bottom because of the sun's position. So plan wisely. There is also a funiculer line that travels between top and the bottom.
