Bronze Bell from Jingwansa Temple - Yunhyok Choi

National museum of Korea The S-shaped loop at the top of this bronze bell and the magic bead placed on the foot of the dragon display the typical style of Buddhist bells produced in the late Goryeo Period. Cloud-shaped flower patterns draw the viewer’s attention. The name of the temple Jingwansa is inscribed on the body of the bell. Unlike other bells, the shapes of Bodhisattvas are engraved beside the part where the rod strikes when tolling the bell.
